Through the storied 34-year career of Owner/Entrepreneur William R. Cross Jr., WEC is able to leverage over 3 decades of well-built relationships with the best people in the business. Mr. Cross has built projects from small tenant and retro-fit projects, to large nationally known projects such as the Washington Convention Center, Gaylord Hotel (MD), and large Government projects with GSA, AOC, DOI, NavSea, The Federal Reserve. This vast experience in construction, energy and retrofit projects allows WEC to guide and support our clients. This guidance and support allow for lower cost, better solutions and smoother run projects for our clients.

34 Years in the Construction industry with heavy MEP concentration, has allowed us to guide and support our clients on various size and complexity of projects. Using our resources to assist in clients taking on complicated projects while building them successfully and not having to take on additional Overhead. WEC supports field staff already in place to help keep down cost and assist in additional training while supporting the project.
